Waffles

Matt's newest fermented endeavor is waffles! He makes the most scrumptious yeast-ed version; it makes a absolutely delicious product. He has been perfecting his recipe over the past months to prepare for a pre-draft feast for the boys that happened last week. One of the drafters brought over his far superior waffle maker and Matt went immediately to the webs for purchase (after copious hours of draft recovery). The result was bliss!  We make homemade whip cream. Matt and I opt for berries or a fruit coulis where Brock is more traditional choosing syrup and finger full of whippage.
