St. Louis shorty
Man we have been busy these days. Just a crazy time for us since I foolishly said yes to back-to-back shows. Anyhow, I was granted one weekend free in May and we tried to make the most of it by squeezing in our annual trip to St. Louis. It was gunna be short, just 3 nights and 2.5 days, but better than nothing. To add, the floor at the board of trade had been getting a little crazy, so we had to cut our 2.5 day trip down to 1.5 days and 2 nights. STILL TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Especially since I had to miss last years awesomeness. Turns out that May is not the best time for our trip. We thought we hit the weather jackpot for the normally sticky hot trip to the city of the arch, but not so. We stayed at our favorite hotel, at Union Station, but the great covered outdoor pool wasn't open yet, and because we only stayed Friday and Saturday night, they had weddings both nights so we couldn't hang out in the awesome bar with the projector ceiling.
