Brock's first novel (and other projects)
We will often fall more into the category of "minions" than parents for Brock. He will come up with some grand ideas and then and we are excepted to see that these ideas come into fruition. Here are some of his latest brain children.
First, Brock has been wanting to write a book, his mind and illustrations, my physical writing of his word instructions.
"The tornado turned into Jupiter".
He insisted upon some text on the back page. I explained the what the review quotes were; not sure if it sank in. The "no"sign means "no monster", not "do not read this trash".
This the exhaust pipe from a blimp. That Brock calls a "glimp".
Glimp, piloted by a blueberry, with an airbag, and water storage. Water storage is a reoccurring theme in Brock's art.
Brock instructed us to make an origami pineapple. Matt is the engineer.
Matt was engineer again for this piece of work. He might have some more details to add, but basically, it is a flower with a hole for a house with nectar collected in the top with stamen, pestle and butterflies. I don't have a picture of the winter mint we made last night. I'll try to add that later tonight...
