After School jaunts

Just a few after school jaunts to share.

When we were on our way to the Botanical garden I mentioned that there was a white temple that might be visible from the road. It wasn't, so I told Brock I would take him there after school one day.

The Baha'i temple. It was really cool on the inside too, and Brock and I sat there in stillness for a solid 10 minutes, and even then, I was the one who suggested we go back outside.

Brock mentions different paths different teachers take when heading toward their park. He wanted to take Ms. Daphne's way so that he could show me the mushrooms.
He did not quite know which road to take, but he described many small windows on a brown house. That was not too helpful, but since there were only 3 lateral streets to his park to choose from, we eventually found it.

He wanted a picture for daddy with his rocket ship work, he was quite proud it seems.

Don't know what was happening here. He asked for this pic, I know that.

Nature museum. Frog in hole.

When Brock and I go to his park, we often build a hotel. Here he is protecting it from other kids. This fear is not unfounded, we have had two different children destroy our "hotel" when we said it was ok to look at it.
